A tweet little bird

Apologies for pic,had to put the light on as it's quite dull today so his little feet cast a shadow.I don't make many easel cards so I've kept it simple .I only wanted to put the red gems on alternate scallops but sods law it couldn't be done that way. Whilst I've been doing this post the dark clouds have rolled in and it's raining ,we don't get nearly enough so I'm not complaining.
UPDATE ,it's twelve noon .the rain has gone.sky is blue,warm sunshine and my laundry is drying outside.

I know I used this stamp on Wednesday and here it is AGAIN, sorry but I just love this little stamp and how many different ways you can make it look by changing the back ground details and adding colour or none at all.

Just Add Ink - challenge 27 -Black,White + one colour of your choice - Red is always a good partner.

The Lollipop Ladies challenge 50 - Bananas + Leaves - and what goes with them a monkey .How could I put anything else on my card.

Christmas or winter birthday

I'm a bit disappointed with the pic ,the base card I used is pearlised grey but it looks more like kraft . Pearls,white glitter and this fab image from Tina Wenke . This card could be for a winter birthday or christmas which is why I haven't put a sentiment on the front.

Orange - you either love it or hate it.

Ask anyone their least favourite colour and it's probably Orange.It's not a Spring /Summer colour ,it's too bright for Autumn and it never makes an appearance in Winter. Not a scrap of Orange in my wardrobe and I don't recall seeing any shop windows ablaze with this strong colour. Enough ranting ,my little card using Orange .

Friendship card

I've used my fav papers (gingham ,who doesn't love it) in yellow for the background and again in blue for the main panel .The flowers are from Beccy's Place and printed on yellow paper highlighted with yellow and white coloured pencils.Stitching is all faux and the sentiment is from Stampin Up.
