How difficult could it be to assemble so few elements- this is my second star shape and my third face - the first star I splashed with water and  the card buckled - the first face I cut from glossy yellow card and the   camera really picked this up and it just looked awful, the second face the mouth was wrong - so here we are taking a photo as it gets dark and you can see the shadows.                                                                             

Scrapbook Boutique - July challenge - picture above - I went with green - lace - pearls and the leaf shapes from the middle green cupcake.                                                                                                                   

Spring is in the air - I wish

Well ,we are half way through winter here Tasmania - we have had some spectacular frosty mornings leading to sunny days and magnificent sunsets - winter never the less - so a cheery light card with thoughts of summer.

Christmas in July

Case-ing Christmas  challenge 27 - case one of your own non- christmas cards - also DT call. I feel like a fraud as I haven't made that many changes to the original Birthday card up top. I used the same layout and poinsettia - and yes I did use this flower for my original card.                                                                  

Blue Butterflies

Lets Craft and Create - challenge 103 - Butterflies or Birds- Our new challenge starts today -  be inventive and use your stamps in different ways - the bottom stamp should be used as a corner decoration but I turned it to make this triangle shape and trimmed the bottom of the card .I also trimmed off the front edge so that the small butterflies are on the inside .I used a grey Copic to outline the text also the edges of the patterned butterfly.
